I have said in my goal for 2017 that I want to include food and recipes. I’m very excited to publish this story. During my childhood I didn’t get a chance to cook together with my mother, I’ve started with cooking when I went to university. But I knew how to make eggs, sausages, pasta and stuff like that. My first dish was pancakes, I love to see some ideas on the internet and then make a similar dish with stuff I got in fridge and put some of my touch. Only when I make some cake / pastry I do it according to the original recipe. My favorite recipes are ones you can make really quick. After long day at work or if you are just in a hurry, these are ideal recipes that you can try it out.
One of my absolute favorite recipes are meals with oats. My mother told me about this recipe and in the beginning I couldn’t believe it, there is no meat. You can eat them hot or cold with rise or vegetables.
I love when you can make combination one meal in several ways. All you need is:
- half a liter of hot milk
- Oats ( I don’t have measure) if you see it is not enough you can add that is not a problem
- A little bit of salt
- A little bit of oil or butter
- 2 eggs
- + you can add what ever you want. Sometimes I add tuna or ham, corn, curcuma, curry 🙂
The point is that the tooth pick up all the liquid in themselves and to inflate after that, you will add a little bit of salt and oil, two eggs and grated cheese plus your free will. I mix it all up with a spoon, on the baking paper I put burgers like in the photo. When the oven heated to 180 degrees, I put them that they should be baked for about 20 minutes. I love these oats burgers ate with yogurt.
The second meal is oatmeal. Don’t you love a cold winter evening eat oatmeal. I do it same way hot milk plus oats, leave it so they will be bit cold, then I add some apple/ cinnamon, honey/jam, hazelnuts/ ground almonds, etc.
